Abstract

INDONESIA Telah dilakukan penelitian upaya guru dalam memotivasi belajar bahasa arab siswa kelas VII Mts.Al-intishor sekarbela mataram pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam memotivasi belajar bahasa arab siswa kelas VII Mts.Alintishor Sekarbela Mataram. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mengamati keadaan atau kenyataan yang ada di sekolah Mts.Al-intishor Sekarbela Mataram yang berkaitan dengan proses motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengukur tidaknya motivasi guru terhadap prestasi siswa ada beberapa rumusan yang peneliti pergunakan, kemudian hal ini didukung oleh rumusan dari hamzah yaitu : 1) adanya hasrat dan keinginan berhasil; 2) adanya dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, 3) adanya harapan dan cita-cita masa depan, 4) adanya penghargaan dalam belajar, 5) adanya kegiatan yamg menarik dalam belajar, 6) adanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, sehingga memungkinkan seseorang siswa dapat belajar dengan baik, INGGRIS Research on the efforts of teachers to motivate students of class VII Mts. Al-intishor Sekarbela Mataram has been conducted in the 2019/2020 academic year. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts in motivating the students of class VII Mts.Alintishor Sekarbela Mataram to learn Arabic. The approach taken in the study uses a qualitative approach, the research method used is descriptive qualitative research, where the researcher observes the situation or reality in the Mts.Al-intishor Sekarbela Mataram school which is related to the process of student learning motivation. The data collection techniques used in the study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in order to measure the motivation of teachers towards student achievement there were several formulas that the researchers used, and this was supported by the formulation of Hamzah, namely: 1) the desire and desire to succeed; 2) encouragement and need in learning, 3) hopes and aspirations for the future, 4) appreciation in learning, 5) interesting activities in learning, 6) a conducive learning environment, enabling a student to learn well,
