Abstract

INDONESIA Tingginya angka perceraian di indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, salah satu penyebab fundamental adalah tidak terjalinnya komunikasi yang baik dengan pasangan. Memiliki keluarga harmonis dan ideal adalah harapan setiap orang, kemapanan finansial menjadi salah satu langkah bagi sebagian pasangan untuk merealisasikan keluarga harmonis, karena itu banyak para istri yang tetap memilih bekerja setelah menikah, namun tentu hal itu melahirkan beberapa dampak dalam rumah tangga, seperti kurangnya waktu bersama keluarga, pembagian kerja domestik dan publik yang jelas. banyak sekali problem rumah tangga yang muncul dan bahkan tidak jarang berujung pada perceraian karena tidak adanya komunikasi dan kesepakatan dalam pembagian peran dan tugas publik atau domestik antar pasangan, karena mereka memilih sama sama bekerja disektor publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dua hal itu, bagaimana pengaruh dari perbedaan strata ekonomi antara pasangan suami istri dan bagaimana pola relasi yang digunakan dalam perbedaan tersebut. karena masing-masing harus bekerja, karena harus bisa mengatur waktu dan serta tugas domestik agar tetap bisa menjadi keluarga yang harmonis dan idea. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif (qualitative research) yang bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus terhadap kasus suami istri yang terjadi di Kecamatan Masbagik, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. hasil penelitian terbagi kedalam dua bagian, pertama, Penetapan peran domestik untuk pasangan suami-istri sebagai wanita karir di Kecamatan Masbagik, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, dapat dibedakan menjadi dua pola: Pola fleksibel dan sesuai keahlian masing-masing. Hasil kedua; Wanita karir memberikan dua pengaruh bagi rumah tangganya, positif (harmonis) dan negatif (tidak harmonis). ENGLISH The height of divorce rate in Indonesia continuesly increase from year to year, one of the fundamental causes is the lack of good communication with the spouse. Having a harmonious and ideal family is everyone's hope and financial capability is one of the steps for some couples to realise a harmonious family. Therefore many wives still choose to work after marriage, of course it has several impacts to the household, such as lack of time with the family, a sharing of clear domestic and public work. A lot of household problems which arise and even that problems often lead to divorce due to the absence of communication and agreement in the sharing of roles and public or domestic duties between spouses because they choose to work together in the public sector. The objectives of this research were to find out two things: first, how was the influence of differences in economic status between spouses and second, how were the relationship patterns used in these differences. Because each of them had to work, they had to be able to manage time and domestic duties in order to remain a harmonious family and ideal. This research used a qualitative approach (qualitative research) which is descriptive with the type of case study research to the husband and wife cases which occured in Masbagik Sub-District, East Lombok Regency. The results of this research were divided into two parts, first, the decision of domestic roles for spouses as career women in Masbagik Sub-District, East Lombok Regency, could be divided into two patterns: Flexible pattem and it was based on their respective expertise. The second result; Career women had two influence to their households, positive (harmonious) and negative (disharmonious).
