Abstract
INDONESIA Wacana global yang terjadi di masyarakat mengenai berbagai masalah yang muncul dikalangan santri setelah keluar dari pondok pesantren, seperti kurang kreatifnya santri setelah lulus dalam artian santri tidak tahu (bingung) apa yang harus dilakukan di tengah masyarakat dikarenakan santri tidak mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan yang mengarah pada pembekalan life skill terutama vokational skill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang pola kecakapan pendidikan vokasional, urgensi serta diferensiasi pola pendidikan kecakapan vokasional di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Haramain dan Thohir Yasin.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, focus group discussion dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model miles and Hubermen yaitu reduksi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa: Pola pendidikan vokasional Egle Gedrimiene meliputi empat level yaitu government, institusional, teacher dan student level. Namun pola ini berbeda dengan pola yang diadopsi pesantren yang terdiri atas tujuh level yaitu society, institusional, partnership, instructur, student dan society level dan barokah level. Urgensi pendidikan vokasional menurut Eisonhoware dalam teori urgen dan importannya membedakan kategori menjadi empat yaitu not urgent but important, urgent and important, not urgent and not important, urgent and not important. Pengkategorian tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa pada kategori not urgent, but important di Nurul Haramain terdiri atas beberapa program yaitu las, dasar kelistrikan, haramain mart, haramain bakry dan di Thohir Yasin terdiri atas koperasi , peternakan, perikanan. Pada kategori urgent and important, di Nurul Haramain terdiri atas program mengemudikan mobil, desain grafis, teknisi pemrograman komputer, dan di Thohir Yasin memprogramkan media. Adapun kategori not urgent, and not important, Nurul Haramain memprogramkan servis AC, motor, dan mobil pembuatan batako dan Thohir Yasin memprogramkan jasa laundry. Adapun kategori urgent and not important, Nurul haramain memprogramkan mini bank dan nisaiyyat. Diferensiasi program vokasional Nurul Haramain dan Thohir Yasin terletak pada student levelnya. ENGLISH The global discourse in society related to several problems encountered by graduated students. Students' lack of creativity makes them confused about what they should do in the community after graduating from school. They do not receive training regarding life skills, especially vocational skills, This study attempted to describe vocational education skills patterns and the urgency and differentiation of vocational skills education patterns at the Nurul Haramain and Thohir Yasin Islamic Boarding Schools. Thus, this qualitative research with a descriptive-synthetic approach gathered data through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation. In addition, the data were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman model, which included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Therefore, the findings indicated that: Egle Gedrimiene's vocational education pattern includes four levels: government, institutional, teacher, and student. However, these patterns differ from the pattern adopted by Islamic boarding schools, consisting of six levels: society, institutional, partnership, instructor, student, society level and barokah level. Eisonhoware suggested a theory related to the urgency importation and distinguishes vocational education that consisted of four categories: important but not urgent, important and urgent, not important but urgent and not important and not urgent. This categorization illustrates that the not urgent but important category at Nurul Haramain consists of several programs, such as Welding, Basic Electricity, Haramain Mart, Haramain Bakry, and in Thohir Yasin consisting of Cooperatives, Livestock, and Fisheries. There are programs for Driving Cars, Graphic Design, Computer Programming Technicians, and Thohir Yasin programming media in the urgent and important category. The vocational programs differentiation of Nurul Haramain and Thohir Yasin lies in the number of programs provided. It depends on the school's response to access capital for students who have participated in vocational activities after completing mentoring section and consulting about the business developed by experts at the school.
